The Finnish Heritage Agency includes the National Museum of Finland, of which Tamminiemi is one of the museum sites (hereinafter referred to as the “Finnish Heritage Agency” or “Tamminiemi”). These Terms and Conditions of the Finnish Heritage Agency’s online ticket shop (the “Online Shop”) apply to all actions performed by the customer (the “Customer”) in the Online Shop, regardless of the device used to access the service. The Customer may use the Online Shop only in accordance with the terms and conditions in force at any given time and applicable legislation.
These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between the Customer and the Finnish Heritage Agency and define the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Finnish Heritage Agency concerning the Online Shop.
By making purchases in the Online Shop, the Customer confirms that they have read the current Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them.
Purchase and Validity of Advance Tickets
Advance Tickets for Admission to Tamminiemi
Advance tickets may only be purchased through the Finnish Heritage Agency’s website at https://suomenkansallismuseo.fi/kohde/tamminiemi/. At present, the Finnish Heritage Agency does not sell advance tickets granting admission to Tamminiemi through any other service.
An advance ticket granting admission to Tamminiemi may be purchased for a selected date, subject to the museum’s opening hours and ticket availability. The validity date of an advance ticket cannot be changed after purchase.
The Customer may purchase a maximum of ten (10) advance tickets in a single transaction.
Please note that tickets purchased on-site at Tamminiemi are only valid for admission on the same day.
Ticket Verification
Advance Tickets for Admission to Tamminiemi
Upon arrival, the Customer must present their advance admission ticket at the Tamminiemi ticket desk. The ticket may be displayed on a smart device or as a printed copy. Tickets cannot be redeemed by name alone. Eligibility for a discounted ticket must be verified at the ticket desk.
Rights Granted by the Advanced Ticket
An advance ticket grants one admission on the selected date. The ticket must be presented at the museum shop ticket desk no later than 30 minutes before Tamminiemi’s closing time.
If, for reasons attributable to the Finnish Heritage Agency/Tamminiemi, the Customer is unable to use the ticket, the ticket(s) will be refunded to the Customer who purchased them or transferred to another date.
Advance tickets are personal and may only be used by the ticket holder. The rights associated with the ticket apply solely to the holder.
Payment
Advance tickets are paid for through the Online Shop. The payment service provider is Paytrail Plc. The Online Shop accepts the most common credit cards and online banking payments.
Registration
Registration is not required to purchase tickets.
Ticket Delivery
Tickets purchased from the Online Shop are delivered as PDF files to the Customer’s email address after payment has been completed. Tickets are not delivered by post.
If there appears to be a delay in receiving the ticket, the Customer should check their email spam or junk folder.
Exchanges and Refunds
Advance Tickets for Admission to Tamminiemi
As a rule, purchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned.
An exception applies if the ticket holder arrives no later than 30 minutes before Tamminiemi’s closing time but is nevertheless unable to enter the museum. In such cases, the Finnish Heritage Agency will either refund the ticket(s) or transfer them to another date.

Customer service is available during Tamminiemi’s opening hours.
Third Parties in the Online Shop
The National Museum of Finland’s website contains a link to the Online Shop, which is owned and maintained by a third party.
The Finnish Heritage Agency is not responsible for the operation, content, or other features of websites produced by third parties. Such websites may have their own terms of use and customer registers, and The Finnish Heritage Agency has no ability to influence content created or published by parties other than The Finnish Heritage Agency.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content in the Online Shop, including but not limited to images, logos, product information, and texts, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by the Finnish Heritage Agency and/or third parties.
All intellectual property rights relating to the content of the Online Shop belong to the Finnish Heritage Agency and/or the relevant third party.
Other Terms
The Finnish Heritage Agency does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Online Shop and is not responsible for its availability.
The Finnish Heritage Agency reserves the right to suspend the service, or parts of it, temporarily, for example due to updates to the Online Shop.
Unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation, The Finnish Heritage Agency shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Online Shop, the inability to use it, or any related reason.
The Finnish Heritage Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The services offered in the Online Shop, as well as its appearance, content, availability, and features, may also change.
All terms governing the service shall be subject to Finnish law, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions.
