More than 50 sellers of Christmas related products have signed up to join the Market. Sales tables are located in Häme Castle’s Crown bakery, Cannon tower and outdoor spaces
Preliminary program for the Christmas Market (more program numbers are still coming)
– The most beautiful Christmas carols in collaboration with the Hämeenlinna-Vanaja parish in King’s Hall at 12:00 p.m. at 2:00 p.m.
– Guided tours for the public in the castle at 11, 12, 14 and 15, the duration of the tour is about 45 minutes, max 25 people, registration for the tour in the museum shop of the castle.
– Medieval Christmas tours in the castle at 10:30, 11:30, 15:30 and 14:30, the tour lasts about 45 minutes, max 25 people, sign up for the tour in the city’s museum shop.
– Decorated Christmas trees on the 2nd floor of the castle in the Northeast wing hall

The Prison is also open in the Christmas Market
Guided tours of the Prison at 13 and 14, duration about 45 minutes, max. 25 people, registration must be done at the Prison’s museum shop.
Food and drink
Café Crown Baker and Restaurant Linnantupa serve in the castle area. The restaurant in Linnantupa organize from 14.12.-21.12. Christmas lunch. During the Christmas Market, we recommend making a reservation for the restaurant in advance. There are also outdoor stalls in the castle area where drinks and food are sold.
In outdoor spaces
– Horseback riding in the castle’s southern rampart from 11 to 13 and 14 to 15:30.
– Stick horse riding in the outdoor playground of the prison from 10 to 15.
