Ticket sales

The museum’s ticket desk is located in the museum lobby at street level. After entering the building, there are three steps up and two down. A visitor using a wheelchair will need two people to help them lift the chair.

Wheelchairs

The museum has a lot of stairs, and the building does not have a lift. Moving around in a wheelchair is therefore difficult. Some of the rooms at street level can be visited by people with reduced mobility, but two strong assistants are needed. If you are planning a visit to the museum, you should call us so that we can provide you with more information

Guide dogs

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome.

Cloakroom

The cloakroom is free and located next to the museum’s main entrance.

Guided tours

Guided tours can also be adapted to suit special groups.

Café

The café in the courtyard of Hvitträsk is open until 16 August during museum opening hours. The café offers e.g. pastries and refreshing drinks. The café terrace is accessible via a ramp.

Museum shop

WC

The public toilets are located on the ground floor near the ticket desk.
