The collection services
The collection services of the National Museum of Finland are located at the Collection and Conservation Centre in Vantaa and at the Maritime Museum of Finland in Kotka.
In accordance with its nationwide role, objects from the collections of the National Museum of Finland are on loan and displayed in dozens of museums throughout Finland, in addition to the museum’s own sites.
Permanent Collection Exhibitions in Other Museums
In addition to the National Museum of Finland’s own museum sites, there are eight museums in Finland whose permanent exhibitions are based on the collections of the National Museum of Finland.
