Ticket sales
The museum ticket desk is located in the lobby of the main building.
Wheelchairs
The museum is accessible by wheelchair with the assistance of a companion. An elevator is available inside the building.
The museum’s main entrance can be accessed via a platform lift with a maximum load capacity of 225 kg. Please note that this may limit access for some powered wheelchairs.
Guide dogs
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome.
Cloakroom
A free, unattended cloakroom is located next to the museum’s main entrance. Lockers are available in the museum café.
Guided tours

Café and museum shop
The museum shop is located in the entrance hall of the museum’s main building. The café is located in a separate building.
WC
Public toilets are located on the first floor of the museum and in the café building. Accessible toilets are available in the café building and on the second floor of the museum.
